CAFE -IN -RETAIL LAUNCH FOR A GLOBAL RETAIL COMPANY
We helped a global, publicly listed company launch its first cafe within its retail store in New York City. From conceptualization to menu development, we worked closely with the company to ensure that the cafe reflected the brand’s ethos.
DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP/ ENRICHMENT PROGRAM FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
Along with our People / Culture strategic Partner, TMatsu, we helped organize and develop a highly curated leadership and empowerment program for a non profit, leveraging our cross-border expertise and network in New York City.
GLOBAL COOKING SCHOOL REGIONAL EXPANSION
We helped a global cooking school expand their footprint in Southeast Asia, starting with location search, negotiations with landlords, to working with the publicly traded parent company to figure out financial planning and expansion strategy.

CYBERSECURITY TRAINING FACILITY
We helped and led a Joint Venture with two distinguished companies set up its first business in New York City. Not only did we help oversee the buildout process working with architects and designers, we also got down and dirty managing the purchasing of necessary equipment, to hiring the first Sales Manager - and help the company secure its first major global customer as the GM.
FAST CASUAL FOOD FRANCHISE LAUNCH AND EXPANSION
We helped a great QSR concept expand further by selecting the first franchise location that maximized visibility for further expansion and introducing new menu items that appealed to a new audience.
hospitality group strategic management and expansion
We helped a hospitality group scale by diversifying its businesses into new categories while managing ever-changing business landscapes (COVID, surge in rent, legal issues).
